The Materials Mgmt. Analyst II – A350, is responsible for A350 component repair order creation & management through actively liaising with internal teams and Honeywell’s A350 Network Partner, Lufthansa Technik (LHT).


Create customer orders and subcontracting purchase orders in SAP using data from incoming customer POs.
Perform order administration to fulfil SAP standard work requirements relating but not limited to warranty, reject information, sales order maintenance, shipment & invoicing.
Work with Lufthansa on a daily basis to receive, approve and process repair quotes for customer approval.
Liaise with pricing team to prepare quotes for customers.
Work closely with CSO & LHT team to manage quote approvals, exchange requests, & warranty replacements.
Work directly with LHT to document repair status, OTD misses and reported escapes.
Communicate order status updates to the A350 business teams, finance, CSO & ISC leadership, customer and keep SAP updated accordingly with Estimated Ship Date, Delay Code and any other related information to keep the external customer informed.
Liaise with Finance and Perform Goods Receipt in SAP of Quarterly Financial Reconciliation purchase orders
Develop sufficient working knowledge of Airbus SSC as it relates to key A350 unit repair requirements (GSPT, exchanges)
Support efforts to improve subcontracting order activities including opportunities for IT implemented solutions.


Minimum High School diploma
Six Sigma green belt certification a bonus
1-2 years’ experience in order management preferred
Communicative written and spoken English is essential

German or French would be great but not mandatory
