Sr Advanced Manufacturing Supervisor

Are you ready to help us make the future?

Supervise a team of professional engineers who are making Honeywell's manufacturing more efficient and consistent. You will leverage your manufacturing engineering experience and skills to lead the investigation and solution of challenging supply chain problems. You will use your leadership abilities to contribute to the evaluation of the process to meet product specifications. Through collaboration with customers and cross functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive exceptional team outcomes. As a team supervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact business results.

You have

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field (mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, quality/reliability engineering etc.)
• 7 years of experience working as a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in NPI
• 5 – 7 years of experience in talent management or supervisor experience
• Ability to travel up to 20% of your time

• Capability of following guidelines and ensuring efficiency on tasks
• Application of basic engineering techniques to optimize manufacturing processes
• Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
• Willingness to consistently take the initiative to get things done
• Significant relevant manufacturing engineering experience
