We have an opportunity for an IT Project Management – Support Readiness Lead to join our team in Brno.


Lead, coordinate and manage key elements of WSS Support Readiness and Demand and Capacity process
• Define, update and maintain key performance indicators
• Liaise with and provide oversight to WSS suppliers
• Work in partnership with IT Operations on Change Management
• Lead regional Demand and Capacity management across the global team.
• Develop self-help documents
• Documentation and reporting
• End user, supplier and support teams training
• Test and develop resolutions
• Participate in audits
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Monitor and track request resolution
• Gathering requirements for effective service and support provision.

Project Management Support
• Support project management activities, resources and information as part of the development lifecycle
• Liase with customers to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Act as a focal point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.

You have

• BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or other related field recommended not required
• 1-2 years of experience in project management or on similar position
• Great communication skills, to be able to communicate with people on different levels within the company globally
• Must be fluent in English.
• Demonstrated ability to meet customer requirements and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
