We have an opportunity for a Lead Collections Administrator with German to join the Finance team in Brno. As part of a dynamic, international team, your focus will be on interactions with Honeywell’s German-speaking customers – assisting with business-to-business invoices and payments. Training will be provided for newer candidates starting out on their journey in finance, and new challenges will be available for more experienced applicants.
Drive timely collections and reduce AFDA
Understand past due drivers
Ability to work across functions (Ext Customers, Project Managers, Sales, Billings, etc)
Guide decision making (i.e. credit limit adjustment, hold, etc.)
Perform variance analysis (weekly cash actuals vs forecast, etc.)
Drive continuous improvement and process documentation
Participate in internal audits (write-off documentation, etc.)
Generate adhoc reports (Customer statements, credit limits, etc.)
Host AR/AFDA meetings
Experience of collection
Good oral and written communication in German
Good analytical skills
Ability to present complex analysis with clarity
Degree in Finance/Accounting
Knowledge of Oracle / Excel
Good change management skills
