Being a key member of the infrastructure integration team you will have responsibilities to oversee and managed the end to end network / connectivity integration strategy for all acquisitions and divestitures across the enterprise. Working with the wider integration team and also the acquired company you will develop a strategy that aligns with the broad integration goals and compliance requirements.
Key area of responsibilities:
Working with the target company, develop and install network connectivity for day 1 connectivity.
Develop network integration plans to transition all connectivity infrastructure in to policy compliance.
Assess WAN and develop strategy to transition the acquired company in to the EWN / GNR.
Partner with engineering groups to ensure unique requirements are understood and considered within the overall integration plan.
Develop infrastructure solutions that enable engineering integration in to Honeywell standard solutions.
Assess LAN and Voice infrastructure and develop strategy to transition the acquired company in to the EWN / GNR.
Help develop solutions that support integration initiatives.
Provide guidance and training to the acquired company.
You must have:
Bachelors Degree, equivalent or higher
5+ years of IT experience with a network or telecommunications bias.
Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to translate Technical topics to a high level and vice versa
Excellent leadership communication and executive presence
Diverse knowledge of network infrastructure technologies, hardware, protocols, routing and switching.
Strong knowledge of network segmentation techniques.
Skilled in identifying and evaluating new technology developments and gauging appropriateness for the business.
Analytical with excellent problem solving skills.
Ability to translate business issues/ requirements and objectives into technical solutions.
