Responsible for managing from inception to conclusion all tasks related to pursuing claims against suppliers related to supplier non-performance, late deliveries and poor quality. Responsible to negotiate Supplier Contributions in the form of free of charge production hardware, cash, non-recurrence engineering charges, tooling and transitions cost absorption.
Support the MOS, processes and tools to collect and manage supplier claims and contributions from initiation through closure
Drive the process for multiple projects related to supplier claims and contributions
Proficient on Problem solving methodologies to interpret technical failures on aerospace hardware
Support Commodity Managers negotiations related to performance and deliveries claims
Support reporting structure and format to create “global standard” measurements as required
Lead meetings to drive results with internal key stakeholders or suppliers
Create and Monitor milestones related to the completion of open claims and contributions to meet the team targets
Support AOP planning / forecasting
Project management and support the MOS– 30%
Manage and analyze cost and financial data – 20%
Reporting and Forecast Projections– 20%
Support documentation for Negotiations – 25%
Support to manage escalation – 5%
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Finance OR Supply Chain, green belt training/certification.
Lean expert or Black belt
Project management or ISC Experience
Global company working experience
Professional in Microsoft Office
Lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others
