This position will play a key role in being the communications strategy consultant to the VP/GM of HTS Czech Republic and the country leadership team. By partnering with Honeywell’s external communications and corporate communications teams in EMEA, as well as leveraging all internal resources, he/she is responsible for managing a holistic communication portfolio for HTS Czech Republic to strengthen employee engagement, support talent attraction and retention, and raise the technology leadership profile of Honeywell in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute communications strategies for HTS Czech Republic that are strongly linked to business strategy and performance requirement
- Plan and manage the execution of HTS Czech center’s internal communication tactics to support employee engagement, talent retention, diversity, leadership message cascading and alignment, and organization profiling and award programs to HTS and Honeywell global
- Consult, plan and execute executive communication program for HTS Czech VP/GM and the country leadership team, including town halls, tech symposium, speaking opportunities and partnership events, be a core member of the business continuity team
- Drive HTS Czech innovation stories in technologies and technologists, coordinate with EMEA corporate and SBGs external communication teams to profile HTS Czech technology stories externally
- Lead HTS Czech center’s digital communication and events, including content development and distribution, collaterals and video messaging, tracking and measuring return on investment (ROI), implement and ensure full compliance with corporate branding and visual standards

You must have

- Bachelor degree with major in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, English or related
- At least 5 years working experience in corporate communications function in multinational companies
- Outstanding writing and speaking skills in English
- Excellent planning and project management and problem solving skills
- Results-oriented, positive attitude and willingness to work under heavy workload and schedule
- Demonstrated influencing skills to lead work groups
- Passion and track record of driving changes and taking intelligent risks
- Strong understanding of communication discipline and good sense of design and driving communication innovation
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work as part of a global team
