We are looking for a Contracts Manager to be located in Prague. You will be working within the Commercial OEM Contracts team supporting Honeywell’s deals with customers in EMEAI region.
Management of Aerospace Defense contracts, their negotiation and administration. Providing complex support focused on identification of potential contractual risks or conflicts, analyzing impact and ramifications, conducting reviews to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures applicable to contract management, all in support of the company’s business strategies.
Drafting, reviewing and interpreting agreements and other legal documentation; working closely with international teams and across various functions (in order to achieve contract finalization and acceptance.
Advising internal clients with regard to contractual requirements and enforcing company's short and long range objectives.
Developing and maintaining strong and productive relationship primarily with the assigned external customers, as well as with the senior stakeholders within Honeywell's organization.
Education / Knowledge / Experience:
Master's degree in Law (preferred) or equivalent academic education in Business.
Relevant working experience.
Experience in contract and project negotiation.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written) including legal and business terminology.
Knowledge of other languages, especially German is a plus.
MS Office literacy.
