Contracts Manager for Commercial Aviation

We are looking for a Contracts Manager to be located in Prague. You will be working within the Commercial OEM Contracts team supporting Honeywell’s deals with customers in EMEAI region.
Key responsibilities include:
Management of Aerospace commercial OEM contracts negotiation and administration. Providing complex legal support focused on identification of potential contractual risks or conflicts, analyzing impact and ramifications, conducting reviews to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures applicable to contract management, all in support of the company’s business strategies.
Leading contractual negotiations with aircraft manufacturers in EMEAI for multiple independent programs.
Drafting, reviewing and interpreting agreements and other legal documentation; working closely with international teams and across various functions (Business, Finance, Engineering, IP, Licensing, Export Control, Corporate Legal etc.) in order to achieve contract finalization and acceptance.
Advising internal clients (VP Sales, Program Managers, Engineering, Finance) with regard to legal and contractual requirements and enforcing company's short and long range objectives.
Developing and maintaining strong and productive relationship primarily with the assigned external customers, as well as with the senior stakeholders within Honeywell's organization.
YOU MUST HAVE
Master's degree in Law or equivalent academic education.
Relevant working experience at an international law firm or multi-national corporation.
Experience in contract and project negotiation.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written) including legal and business terminology.
Knowledge of other languages, especially French, German or Russian, is a plus.
Comprehensive knowledge of contract law.
Knowledge of (or interest in) common law and major European legal systems, French law is a plus.
Knowledge of (or interest in) intellectual property protection.
MS Office literacy.
Excellent communications skills (both spoken and written).
