IT Specialist HW/SW

You will deliver effective, secure and responsive service to customers and enable them to make informed decisions in a connected way. You will provide contemporary services and work with IT teams and vendors to provide compliant hardware, infrastructure, network, software support and complex problem resolution in a fast paced environment. You will identify root causes and manage escalations as necessary. You will resolve IT issues and guide users through solutions to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide L2 support for IT issues to help customers achieve a consistent, seamless IT experience in a fast-paced environment
Asset Management activities, purchasing of new IT assets, and documentation associated with IT Asset Management tools or systems
Recommend and implement improvements and root cause analysis to deliver the best timely solutions, improving customer satisfaction and experience
Interacts with customers, troubleshoots and resolves problems related to hardware,software and/or process to the customers' satisfaction.
Transfers issues that require more detailed analysis to more experienced personnel.
Assists in the process of evaluating and making recommendations regarding hardware,software, process and services that will improve overall IT support for customers.
YOU MUST HAVE
High school diploma, Bachelor’s degree is a plus
At least 1 year experience providing customer support in an IT related field, troubleshooting activities for IT desktop systems and asset management of IT desktop equipment
General knowledge of desktop computer hardware and software
Understand networking concepts; servers; LANs/WAN
Fluent in English and Czech language
Intermediate skills for identifying and resolving technical problems
Good knowledge of operating systems (Microsoft Windows)
Effective communication skills, organizational and customer service skills
