Sr Information Technology Manager

You will provide contemporary services and work with IT teams and vendors to provide compliant hardware, infrastructure, network, software support and complex problem resolution in a fast paced environment. You will identify root causes and manage escalations as necessary. You will resolve IT issues and guide users through solutions to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

This position reports to the Eastern Europe IT Leader and will be responsible for effectively leading and executing the One Honeywell IT Support Model to customers and businesses within Czech Republic. The incumbent will also ensure the effective deployment of in-country customer focused IT professionals to drive improvements in IT effectiveness and performance through strong on-site engagement with the businesses and customers.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Accountable to manage 'core' strategic and tactical support tasks for the EUS team in region and ensure successful delivery of such.
• Manage a large team of talented support staff to deliver exceptional support experience for end-users in country
• Ensure compliance and constant improvement on all operational KPI’s and Metrics related to support performance
• Work with EUS Regional Leadership to define new strategic and operational excellence targets
• Position will also be responsible for core support tasks including customer training and engagement, transformation and supplier management
• Effectively collaborate with Site Support Service Providers to manage all IT services, with specific focus on continuous service improvement, improvement of the user experience and reducing user effort to resolve IT issues
• Drive One Honeywell approach to IT customer support and improved customer productivity
• Work in collaboration with Service Owners & the Global Delivery Assurance Transformation team
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and effectively leverage areas of the One Honeywell IT model to ensure greater business alignment
• Effectively partner with cross functional business teams and Service Owners to understand current and future business requirements, and undertake Country, Regional and Site VoC and OVoC as required
• Ensure effective IT deployments, project delivery and IT compliance within area
• Successfully utilise process improvement techniques and business enablers such as HOS to ensure IT policies and processes meet customer needs
• Oversee innovative technologies and services to drive contemporary IT services
• Proactively support the functions/businesses within the sub-region/country and raise awareness on the Honeywell IT support model and key service delivery processes
• Lead and oversee budgetary responsibility and financial targets as part of sub-region AOP management
• Be a role model and be proactive, building a One Honeywell IT culture with all IT Partners

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s Degree in related technology/business areas (or equivalent experience) and a minimum 5 years of leadership experience
• Experience in applications, infrastructure and business partnering
• Strong leadership experience with a customer and business-focused delivery mindset
• Program management experience with proven delivery track record is required

• Czech Language and English a pre-requisite in both verbal and written skills
