Engineering Program Manager
Join a team of development program professionals to manage dev programs with one of Honeywell's businesses. You will work under minimal supervision of the Platform/CBT leader, accountable to execute development programs of moderate size to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating proficient-level program management skills in this leadership position. You will manage and lead development programs that may span several major domestic and worldwide locations, requiring coordination of technology development and production across locations. You must demonstrate comprehensive knowledge & drive on-time execution of the Honeywell IPDS phase gates.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Business Administration
8-10 years’ experience and expertise within technical or business field
Understanding of aerospace systems
Strong management operating system that facilitates communication
Ensures that departmental core competencies include continuous PE skill development.
Understanding of business objectives and more importantly the ability to interact with our customers
Work with functional leaders to prioritize resources and implement project objectives.
Persuade to influence other to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches
Knowledge of current and emerging practices, methods, and information relating to discipline and application within the industry
Significant experience in engineering
Has authority, is accountable for program execution.

Lead Cross Functional Collaboration, Communicate&InfluenceProvide guidance & Coaching to direct/indirect reports
