Admin assistant - Part Time

Location: Brno – Research and development center
I'm interested


• Supporting the global quality department (cooperation with colleagues globally)
• Collecting data from members of team and databases, preparing the graphs and reports
• Preparing ad hoc reports and analyses
• Maintain the tickets in Jira
• Follow up with team members to meet the deadlines for their tasks
• Close cooperation with colleagues from different countries (mainly China and India)
• Administrative support for Quality manager
• Other admin work as needed and requested


• High School Diploma
• Advanced PC skills – MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Fluent English - communication with foreign colleagues (China, India) on daily bases
• Ability to work under pressure and to push others to meet the deadlines
• Time flexibility – to be able to work for about 20 hours per week from Honeywell offices in Slatina
• Communicative personality


• Long term cooperation
• Preferably to have some previous relevant experience
