We have an opportunity for a Cyber Compliance Analyst to join team in Brno. The incumbent is responsible for developing programs, creating, and tracking metrics, and driving compliance of SPS Application and Infrastructure Security, Rationalization Goals, and IT Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery programs. He/she frequently interacts with SPS GBE CIO’s, IT Business Partners, and other GBE business leaders and stakeholders. Works closely with Corporate IT Service Owners and providers as well as Honeywell Global Security (HGS).


• Monitor and analyze SPS cyber vulnerability data to help initiate actions to ensure continuous improvement and ongoing maintenance of a secure cyber environment
• Assess application roadmaps for achievability of rationalization targets and proactively advance corrective actions and alternatives as needed
• Monitor and drive achievement of technical debt elimination goals to insure maintainability of infrastructure and applications
• Participation in Corporate programs to advance the needs and interests of SPS GBEs.

You Have

• A relevant Bachelor degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar
• 5+ years of general experience as Project Manager or similar
• 1+ year of experience A good understanding of Business Applications, Servers, Databases, Networks and how they relate
• A basic understanding of Cyber Security Concepts
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up
• Understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) concepts and ServiceNow.
• Skilled in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint. MS Teams and SharePoint experience a plus.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• The ability to work independently.
