As a Global Site Support Specialist with in the Customer and Product Support organization, you will lead, facilitate, and support activities between the Integrated Supply Chain(ISC) and order management, customer service, pricing, quoting, credit, engineering, export, quality, and other support functions. You are responsible to resolve order related issues/escalations due to an ISC problem/delivery need, order management standard work breakdown, or customer service related items. You are the liaison between customer support operations and the Integrated Supply Chain sites. Enabling unencumbered orders, driving accountability to the service response times, and ensuring standard work adherence to drive quality in every interaction.

What you will need:

- High School Diploma
- Minimum 4 years of customer, product and/or supply chain support experience
