We have an opportunity for a Sr Advanced Hardware Engineer to join our Cabin Management Systems engineering team in Brno!

Key responsibilities of Sr Advanced Hardware Engineer:

• Provide guidance and oversight on hardware development
• Define hardware requirements, their review, validation and verification
• Cooperate closely with Systems & Software engineering teams
• Drive obsolescence prevention and support obsolescence resolution
• Ensure compliance with applicable processes
• Participate in defining long term strategies, participate in negotiations with suppliers

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• proven working experience at a similar position (applicable HW systems design experience or real time HW/system & software)
• Qualification according to Decree No. 50 / 1978 Coll
• Familiarity with requirements management and project management
• Proficient English knowledge
• Organizational, communication, presentation and analytical skill

• Knowledge of HW development processes and standards OR familiar with DO-254/160 and ability to follow them
