Business Controls Analyst - Praha-Chodov

You will be supporting a broad range of services including government regulations, severance, leave of absence and other human resource administrative processes, providing flawless end to end execution of Human Resource services and processes to support business objectives, building easy and intuitive systems and processes to enable right and fast delivery of Human Resource solutions, driving continuous improvement and lead change in a global Human Resources organization.

Your main job activities:

  • Project risk assessment
  • Risk mitigation
  • Independent Audit reviews
  • Metrics dashboard reporting
  • Global monitoring activities
  • Controls design
  • Business partnering
  • Coaching and culture building

We would like you to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • 3 years experience in Accounting and/or Audit
  • Internal Controls and/or SOX experience
  • Very good communication skills
  • Advanced English
