Sr HRS Benefits Delivery Analyst - Praha-Chodov

The Sr HRS Benefits Delivery Analyst for Mergers & Acquisitions will deliver benefit tasks resulting from M&A activity. The primary function will be to assess and build delivery models for acquired companies existing benefits (retirement, health and risk) and co-ordinating integration projects once decisions are made to roll-out Honeywell standard benefits to acquired company.

Key Responsibilities:

M&A Integration

  • Partner with Compensation & Benefits COE to develop regional integration plans
  • Work with other HR Services teams (e.g. Payroll, Operations) to ensure fast & right integration on systems and into standard delivery model
  • Manage existing suppliers and carriers to appoint for new acquisition, including developing communication plans
  • Develop and lead implementation project plans to ensure timelines are met and all stakeholders are aligned to strategy
  • Design optimal "to be" process, streamline procedures, and document gaps
  • Provides guidance to HR, Payroll, and HRS Ops, where applicable, on benefit administration and impact as a result of HR policy or process changes initiated by other areas


Benefits Administration / Delivery

  • Support harmonized pension, health and risk, and non-core benefit programs to ensure appropriate administration within government regulations and in cordance with Company policy
  • Research and log complex escalations and claims, draft correspondence as required
  • Create and distribute benefit communications for individual claims or escalations, targeted populations, and country-wide communications
  • Manage external suppliers to ensure the highest quality delivery of service in accordance with SLA's and business objectives
  • Coach supplier team on effective customer service best practices, monitor adherence to performance standards and SLAs

We expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree; HR, Finance, Business, IT, or related discipline
  • Experience with administration and implementationof benefits
  • Previous project management experience preferred
  • Excellent business analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated and committed to project assignments
  • Experience of Merger & Acquisitions with employee benefit focus
  • Previous experience of supplier management experience
  • Proficiency with regulatory requirements related to benefits M&A activity
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent English language skills
