Senior Staffing Manager - Praha-Chodov

Position Overview

The Staffing Manager partners with HR and business leaders to enable right and fast hiring in the region.
This position reports to the Director, Staffing for EMEA.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with the business to understand global strategic priorities, determine staffing implications, and establish clear, specific and time-bound plans to support staffing needs.
• Partner with global staffing and HR colleagues, as well as hiring managers and business leaders, to drive implementation of business and function level staffing strategies.
• Work closely with Recruiting Process Outsource (RPO) partners to drive accountability, value, continuous improvement, speed, quality, effective problem-solving and productive partnerships with the business.
• Lead University Relations staffing strategies and plans for the region including diversity conferences.
• Drive contingent labor strategies and partner closely Honeywell’s Managed Service Provider of contingent labor to ensure the program is effectively meeting the business and function needs.
• Drive a management operating system within the business and/or functions to manage performance of staffing delivery partners, maintain effective and efficient staffing processes, increase speed and quality, and get results.
• Review and communicate critical staffing metrics and management information in order to proactively identify staffing performance gaps and issues, and drive solutions that lead to sustained improvement.
• Support efforts, through training and coaching, to improve the knowledge, skill and capability of Honeywell HR and Hiring Managers in staffing core processes and best practices.
• Leading strategies and plans related to implementing new staffing and talent management technology solutions in the business.
• Support staffing for executive positions as needed.
• Take on additional responsibilities, as required, to support the business and global staffing Center of Excellence

You must have:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 12 years’ experience in the human resources function and/or staffing.

• Degree with a concentration in Business or HR preferred
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification
