HRS Operations Specialist with English - Praha-Chodov  = pozice vhodná pro absolventy

HR Services Operations (HRS) is responsible for the strategy, delivery and work transition of all processes related to HR data administration. Activities include PeopleSoft data administration, benefits administration, employee records management, leave administration, payroll data consolidation, creation of contracts and other documents, reporting and other employee support services.

Responsibilities

  • Processes connected to on-boarding preparation.
  • New starters administration (contracts, tax related documents, collection of documents).
  • Termination administration (e.g. preparation of employment confirmation, communication to respective departments).
  • Benefits administration (e.g. health and insurance benefits, helping employees with standard questions and processes).
  • Time and attendance administration.
  • Employees files administration.
  • Answer HR administration requests by emails/phone.

Qalifications

  • Finished High school education.
  • Fluent English, Nordic language is a plus.
  • Experience of working within an HR functions is beneficial.
  • Experience in Customer Service environment is a plus.
  • Customer focused - understands customer requirements and priorities, has can do attitude.
  • Basic IT knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
