Key Account Manager - EMEA - Praha-Chodov

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed territory/region Revenue & Fully Absorbed Contribution (FAC) AOP annually
  • Define and execute a comprehensive territory/regional sales strategy (aligned with business strategy) annually that includes Y on Y growth and actions to achieve or exceed annual AOP goals
  • Maximize results for existing customer portfolio, manage and develop new customer sales pipeline (minimum value of 3x required annual growth), and direct/support regional channel partners
  • Position and sell P&C product value to direct customers and end users
  • Identify applications for customers and leverage HON P&C resources as a competitive advantage when selling products
  • Demonstrated proficiency with and regular usage of key tools including: SFDC, sales pipeline, key account management, MS Office, Business Objects, SAP
  • Ability to monitor sales pipelines, track territory health, identify gaps/opportunities, and execute strategies to meet Sales goals
  • Ability to execute commercial strategies within a cross functional team matrix environment to meet customer requirements in a timely manner and achieve Sales goals
  • Publish, update, and drive Key Account Plans internally & externally
  • Ability to lead Key Account and Project teams managing across multiple disciplines and sometimes levels to execute the plan
  • Demonstrated success in managing across disciplines and hierarchy with customers to secure and grow business annually
  • Drive execution of required documentation packages for local tenders and opps as well as providing appropriate info for customer license acquisition all to facilitate smooth and timely participation and to position Honeywell and its partners for success
  • Address all territory customer quality issues and make sure responses and resolution follow required quality case process & timing
  • Forecast customer demand monthly and annually
  • Attend select & targeted trade shows to both understand industry trends and meet existing customers and end customers
  • Ability to travel up to 60%

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business or Engineering or Science discipline
  • Minimum 5 years sales/commercial experience in B to B Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial Technology
  • Successful track record in managing/growing large/diverse territories
  • Experience driving new business pipeline – updating weekly & closing monthly
  • Position P&C product sales through excellent communication/interpersonal skills and build strong multi-level relationships with customers and distributors
  • Proven ability to work effectively and independently in a cross functional team environment and excellent communication/interpersonal skills
  • Superior time management or multiple competing priorities, planning skills, territory data analysis
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office and SFDC tools along strong data analysis skills Experience and knowledge of global business practices and cultures is essential
